Data Deletion Request

Streamline Technology Labs, LLC ("Matrix," "we," "us," or "our") operates the fashion discovery platform at shopthematrix.ai. You have the right to request that we delete the personal data we hold about you. This page explains exactly what we hold, how to make the request, and what happens next.

You do not need an account to make a request, and there is no cost.

Matrix collects far less than most shopping platforms. Depending on how you have used the Services, we may hold:

• Anonymous usage analytics — pages viewed, time on site, referring links, and general device and browser type
• Product interaction data — items you viewed, saved, clicked, or dismissed, and affiliate click attribution (which product, which retailer, and when)
• Account information — only if you created an account: your name, email address, and style preferences
• Any content you submitted directly, such as feedback or survey responses

We never receive your purchase details, payment information, or order confirmations from retailers — that data stays with the retailer and is governed by their own privacy policy.

To request deletion of your personal data, email us at support@shopthematrix.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

So we can find and remove the right data, please include whichever of the following apply to you:

• The email address associated with your account, if you created one
• Your Instagram username, if you interacted with us through Instagram or Meta
• Any other detail that would help us identify your data

If you are not sure what we hold, email us anyway — we will check and tell you.

Matrix publishes content through Instagram using Meta's official tools. If you interacted with our Instagram presence and want any data associated with that interaction removed, email support@shopthematrix.ai with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your Instagram username.

We will delete any personal data we hold that is associated with your Meta account and confirm when it is done.

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

We will delete your personal data except where we are legally required to retain certain records — for example, for fraud prevention, security, or compliance. If any exception applies, we will tell you what we kept and why.

Once complete, we will email you to confirm.
